Saat itu petugas memang sedang merazia sepeda motor yang di kendarai Oleh tersangka. Selain tak memakaikan kaca spion pada motornya, ia juga tak pakai helem dan memiliki knalpot runcing.
Petugas langsung menghentikan laju motor tersangka, dan meminta untuk menunjukkan perlengkapan surat kendaraan. Bukannya memberi namun. tersangka malah marah-marah dan memaki Polisi dengan kata-kata kotor dan tidak sopan.
Saat akan di amanakan tersangka malah berusaha kabur dan meludahi wajah Polisi yang mencoba memborgolnya', ungkap Kapolresta Medan KOmbes Pol Mardiaz kisun Dwihananto.
